Wristbands and entry
Every guest is given a wristband at entry. The wristband is valid for one day and only within the park's operating hours. Please keep it in its original condition and keep your wristband and receipt until the end of your visit. If it breaks or is lost, go to the Guest Relations Office; staff may ask for ID and a signature. Counterfeit or fraudulent use is subject to legal action.
Visitors under 12 may not enter alone, and an accompanying person must be 18 or over. Companions are responsible for those with them.
Payments are cashless
Cash is not accepted in the park, including for entry tickets. Payments are made by credit card, Apple Pay, QR code and other accepted digital methods.
Clothing
- Swimwear is required in the pool and slide areas.
- Babies and children under 3 must use water-resistant swim nappies before entering the pools. Standard nappies are not accepted.
Health and safety
- Health, height, weight, age and adult-accompaniment limits on the units must be followed. Where they are not, the resulting risks rest with the visitor.
- Guests who are pregnant, or who have heart or blood pressure conditions, a physical complaint, a skin infection or an open wound, must not use the pools or the rides.
- Guests with chronic conditions are advised to obtain their doctor's approval.
- Amusement rides carry inherent risks. All warning signs and staff instructions must be followed.
- Water slides are closed daily between 12:00 and 13:00 for maintenance and safety checks.
What you may not bring
- Food and drink from outside, alcoholic or non-alcoholic
- Flammable or explosive materials, sharp or piercing tools, weapons and other dangerous materials
- Pets
- Frisbees, balls and similar objects; scooters, skateboards, bicycles and roller skates
Other points worth knowing
- You are responsible for your belongings; the park is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Photos and videos you take are for personal use only; commercial use requires written permission.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Tickets are non-refundable but a date change can be arranged through Guest Relations. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
- Operation of rides may vary due to weather and maintenance; ask Guest Relations for the current status.

Park management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors in cases of theft, aggressive behaviour, rule violations or failure to follow safety measures, and to change the rules without prior notice.
