1. General Terms

This agreement defines the general terms for travel agency partnership. All partners cooperating with our agency are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Rights and Obligations

Agency partners have the right to sell within the specified commission rates. In return, they have the obligation to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Commission Rates

Commission rates vary by product category. Payments are made monthly and a minimum amount must be reached.

4. Confidentiality

Parties are obligated to keep commercial information confidential. This information cannot be shared with third parties.

5. Termination

The agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

6. Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes arising from the agreement.
